Busy, Busy Bee

Not me, of course, *smile*!  I'm talking about the subject of today's photos!  Me?  Actually, I haven't done very much today.  I did two loads of laundry; our sheets, which were hung on the line to dry (and boy do they smell good!  I think I'll sleep extra good tonight!) and the second one was our towels.  I decided to dry them in the dryer because I just couldn't bear the thought of drying off with a stiff, scratchy towel.  Besides (I rationalized) I need to run the dryer every once in a while so that it keeps working!  Right?  At least that's what I told myself!  I did the other two loads yesterday and hung them out to dry as well.  Country Boy mounted my new retractable clothesline yesterday and it works great!  It was the second time I've hung the clothes out and I think I'm getting a little routine down.  At least I didn't drop any clothes in the dirt!

I'm making Turkey Noodle Soup for supper with homemade turkey broth and other than that, it's been a pretty low-key day.  Country Boy is in the process of building a rather huge birdhouse that is going to sit on top of a large tree stump.  I'll post more about that later, so while I'm waiting for him to come in from his shop I decided to start my post!

This little bumblebee has been busy, busy though doing his job of pollinating!

He went from one flower to another on this plant and then he'd make his way to the orange tree blossoms.

Here's a picture of the flower minus the bee but with an ant on it!

This is a Sapphire Showers Skyflower that attracts butterflies and quite obviously, bees!  And it's pretty!  I have it sitting on the corner of my bird-watching patio.

I hope everyone is having a great week!

Till next time,

I need to start hanging clothes again, instead of using the dryer. It really saves money and just takes a little effort.

Your pics make me want to go practice some more, so I can learn to take good shots!
