Homosassa Springs Favorites, Part 4

There is an underwater observatory that was built and put in place in the mid-60's.  It has a nice deck on top then you can walk down the stairs to see the fish underwater.


They have a 'show' where you can watch the manatees during feeding time...

A family of otters...


That's all for this visit to Homosassa Springs State Park.  If you're ever in the area I'd encourage you to pay a visit.  It's a lovely way to spend a day.

What a wonderful series! That second to the last one in the blue water is gorgeous! Looks like a super fun experience.

Nice photos! Do you know what the manatees have on them? Kinda looks like they are growing algae.
