The other evening, the light in the laundry room had been on for quite some time. As I was getting ready to turn it off, I noticed this little fella hanging out... waiting for dinner to fly by!
Look at those sticky little feet! I like frogs but, I tell ya' what... when they jump on me and those sticky little feet touch my skin... it startles me every time!
There were plenty of moths and little bugs flying around so I'm sure he thought he was at an all-u-can-eat buffet!

Our church is celebrating Homecoming this Sunday! 139 years since the church was established! I've been working on my period costume all week that I am going to wear! We're going to hear a short sermon (per the pastor! somehow I don't think the two go together but he may prove me wrong, *laugh*), some history on the church, enjoying an awesome gospel bluegrass band and having dinner on the grounds! Woot! Country Boy was scheduled to work Sunday but he did not want to miss out on any part of the Homecoming celebration so he found somebody to cover his shift. He especially likes this particular bluegrass group and he loves to eat and dress up! Who doesn't?
I've had a really busy week, how 'bout you? What did you do all week and do you have any plans for the weekend?
Till next time,

cute little frog!
i blogged, stayed indoors in the A/C, ran into town for groceries, napped in the heat of the day, dogs in/dogs out/dogs in/dogs out. the usual!
LOVED this shot!
Sounds like a great time for your church!
I am very partial to frogs :) This is a great shot! We used to have them hang out on our big kitchen window at night.. li'l opportunists :) Makes me wonder why we don't see them anymore in that spot, actually. Your church event sounds like so much fun! No big plans this weekend here. Hubs is back to work after a bad back issue earlier in the week.. so hopefully that will go well. I'm holding down the fort here. Have fun! -Tammy
I adore your frog picture! He's so cute. :-)
Haha! Good shot! Reminds me of my little froggy encounter a while back. :)
