Big Brother's Backyard & Beyond

I didn't plan for the title to begin with all B's, but I like it!

The day before I was to head back to Florida it finally snowed!  I really enjoyed watching the flakes come down (while sitting on the couch in the warmth of the house *smile*) all morning long.  So peaceful.  When the flurries subsided a bit in the afternoon, I went around to the back of the house to get some photos.  No words are necessary so sit back and enjoy the beauty of God's handiwork!

Have You Missed Me?

I've been visiting family in upstate New York for the past two weeks.  I've had a wonderful time with some really great weather for lots of sightseeing.  One thing I did want to see though was snow.  Although we drove through a blizzard while in Pennsylvania it was the last of the snow...  until today!  I woke up to a beautiful ground cover of white!

It snowed all morning and into the early afternoon.

These photos were taken while I stood in the warmth of the house!

When it lightened up, I ventured outside and took a few photos but I haven't had time to upload them to my computer.

I have lots of photos to share with you of my sightseeing trips around my birthplace of upstate New York! I hope you'll join me!
