I had two different species of butterflies enjoying the sweet nectar of the Lantanas in my front yard the other day. There must've been five or six of them flitting from flower to flower.
The Gulf Fritillaries were not cooperating with me so I didn't get any good shots of them.

I've never seen one like this before -- breathtaking colors! :)
I've never seen this variety. They sure are pretty with their stripes. Wish my lantana would bloom. I planted them for the specific purpose of attracting butterflies!
