It's been cloudy and overcast for almost a week but it finally started to rain on Saturday and is lasting through today. No worries though, because we really do need the rain. Although I am hoping that my newly planted herbs aren't drowning! Tomorrow promises to be a sunny day, but for now... I'm enjoying the rain.
I thought some 'Spring-type' photos might cheer everyone up! I've also been playing with some new textures I recently acquired from Kim Klassen so I'll show you the before and after.

Pretty cool, huh?! The above image combines the Natures Beauty and Magic Pack background textures.

My apple tree is getting ready to bloom! The above image combines the Magic Pack background and edges texture.
Last but not least...

This image just uses the Magic Pack edges texture.
Hope you enjoyed the pics and remember... Spring is on its way!
If you like to play, as I call it, or edit your photos, click on the Kim Klassen Cafe button on my blog and sign up for her free textures. They're awesome!
I've also added a link to a friends' website who makes handcrafted, customized wood pieces. Check it out... you might find something you can't live without!
Would love to hear your comments!
Till next time,
Gone Country
PS: Saxophone update... SOLD!!! It was such a beauty that they couldn't live without it!

Ooooo, I love the textures! Rain sounds pretty good to me - we're getting about 8" of new snow today! :)
Have a lovely week,
